Mantsho Maelane’s Biography

 

Mantsho Maelane (born 1974) better known by her stage name Mantsho is a South African singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur. She is a pioneer of township Gospel music. Many people describe her sound as a mixture of South African township gospel music. She showed interest in music at the age of 11 and recorded her debut album titled “Skhululiwe,” a song that gained traction and became a popular record, in the Vaal in 2009. Mantsho released her second album named “Ntate Lerato La Hao”, which was launched at Boipatong Community Hall on the 1 August 2010 and she gained a national audience following the release of this song. Mantsho released her third album labelled “Ke mang ke mang” in 2015

Mantsho Maelane was born in 1974 the Industrial city in South Africa. She grew up in an entrepreneurial home. Her mother Ouma Letsolo has been supporting with prayers and believing in her talent. The latter married Reverend Masolo Maelane and together they have a daughter named Karabo. 2009–2015 About to Blow and other releases: 2016–present:GMA Gospelgraphy
